Jump Start is a complimentary 4-week personal training course for qualifying new members. You get four one-on-one sessions with a certified trainer, plus homework and ongoing support. Group classes are offered through The Studio Maui and booked/billed separately through Mindbody. Members pay $12 per class and the public pays $25 per class. The Studio offers 50+ classes per week including strength, yoga, barre, HIIT, and more. Classes are not included in gym membership, but members save up to 50% on class pricing.

The InBody 580 measures your body composition (muscle mass, body fat percentage, water balance, visceral fat) in about 45 seconds. Single scan: $50. 4-pack: $150 ($37.50 per scan, no expiration). Available to anyone, member or not.

Gold standard equipment across the floor: Hammer Strength, Rogue, and Precor. Two weight rooms, deadlift platforms, 80+ strength machines, and a full cardio deck with treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, rowers, and bikes.

Yes. Dry saunas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms, included with your membership. No extra charge.

Shirt, shoes, socks, and shorts are required on the main floor. No shirtless training and no barefoot training. Wrist wraps, straps, and gloves are available for purchase at the front desk. Chalk is not permitted.

MPHG Lahaina is currently in the pre-sale phase. We are opening our doors as soon as we officially can, and pre-sale members will have access from day one. We will send updates on construction progress and the official opening date as things come together. The gym will continue to improve each week as new equipment arrives.
