Do I keep app access after my paid program is up?

No, you will lose app access once your paid program is up. It’s important to plan for renewal if you wish to maintain access.

Do I have to take part in the weekly check-ins?

Participation in weekly check-ins is strongly recommended. They are designed to ensure you’re making progress and to adjust the program as needed.

What if I don’t want to track macros?

While tracking macros can be a helpful tool for achieving specific fitness goals, it’s not mandatory. I encourage a balanced approach to nutrition that suits your lifestyle.

What if I have physical incapability and/or dietary restrictions?

All programs are 100% customizable to accommodate clients’ abilities and dietary needs, including vegan, pescatarian, paleo, and vegetarian preferences.

How often will my programming/workouts change?

Long term programming and workouts are updated every 8 weeks to prevent plateaus and to continue challenging your body.

Will my program automatically renew?

For monthly plans, yes, they automatically renew until you cancel. No, the program does not automatically renew. You will need to repurchase as needed, allowing for flexibility and control over your fitness journey.

What if I've never worked out before?

Beginners are welcomed and encouraged. Programs are tailored to start you on your fitness journey with foundational exercises, ensuring progress at a pace that’s comfortable for you.
