Refund Policy
All memberships, packages, and services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:
Unused time on memberships.
Missed sessions.
Change of schedule or personal circumstances.
Exceptions may be considered only in extreme cases (e.g. medical situations) and require supporting documentation. Approval is at the sole discretion of Maui Powerhouse Gym.
Pause your Membership Easily
Freeze Policy
We understand that life happens. Members may request to temporarily pause their membership under the following conditions:
Minimum
2 weeks
Maximum
8 weeks / year
Freeze requests must be submitted in advance.
Billing will be paused during the approved freeze period.
Subject to approval; submit through the official form or in writing.
No Drama, Just Exit
Cancellation Terms
TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required before your next billing date.
Must be submitted via the official cancellation form.
Verbal or in-gym requests are not valid.
ONCE PROCESSED:
Membership remains active until end of current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued.
Failure to submit notice within the required timeframe may result in one final billing cycle.
