The Jump Start Program

at Maui Powerhouse Gym is a courtesy four-week personal training course designed to provide qualifying members of MPHG and The Studio with the introductory education and first-hand gym experience that they need to build a healthy and repeatable gym routine that will last a lifetime.

Who Qualifies for Jump Start? To qualify for this program you must:

  • Be a member of Maui Powerhouse Gym
  • First joined the gym in the last 120 days
  • With a membership term of six months or greater
  • No prior history of personal training at MPHG
  • Don’t qualify? We still want to help you, tell us your situation and let’s see what we can put together for you.

Members with a 3 month membership may seek a waiver to participate using the form below. We want you to participate in the program but we will ask you to make more of a commitment to yourself by extending your membership.

A Refundable $100 Deposit Required, Each participant is required to place a $100 refundable deposit on file to ensure your attendance of all scheduled sessions with your trainer, and for you to complete the program.
