From tee-ball to college athletics to training for everyday health—I’ve lived and breathed movement my whole life. I’m Aaron, and I believe the best part of fitness isn’t the finish line…it’s the entire journey.

As a trainer at Maui Powerhouse, I specialize in functional strength and endurance, helping you move better, feel younger, and build a routine that’s challenging, sustainable—and yeah, actually fun. Whether we’re perfecting your form or pushing your limits, my goal is to help you create lasting, positive change.

You’ll get high energy, a whole lot of encouragement, and workouts that hit all the bases. I’m tough but loving, passionate about progress, and proud to make a difference in this community.

Outside the gym, you’ll catch me on my motorcycle, exploring the outdoors, or posted up with a great book (and maybe a cookie… or three). Speaking of which—yes, tacos count as protein. And no, they’re not just for Tuesdays.

Favorite motto? “Just show up.” Do the hard thing now—the momentum will follow. Let’s get stronger, leaner, and more you than ever.
