The Forge, a 50-minute strength and conditioning class for all levels built on proven personal training methodology. The Forge is hosted by the personal training department of Maui Powerhouse Gym. Each class is taught by a certified and experienced
Coach Tom and the Personal Training Department lead sessions Monday – Thursday at 5pm each week. Each class targets different muscle groups for balanced and full-body development. Classes follow a time-based format with controlled reps, emphasizing proper form and efficient movement. Every workout includes a structured warm-up, focused training block, and cool-down with trigger point therapy stretching.
The goal: real strength, improved conditioning, and the confidence to own the gym floor on your own.
Each class will follow the same formatting but the work is different. Each weekly routine follows a similar cadence to help you plan your focus though each individual class (even of the same focus group) educates you on different methods of accomplishing a similar workout.
