The most difficult class we offer, no class is ever the same. With origins in German volume lifting, this class will blast you everywhere: upper body, lower body, abs, arms, ass, back…it could be anything. Expect a full house and zero breaks.
Several of our classes focus on trimming, toning, and building focused muscle groupings while also mostly being really hard abs and ass workouts with the music at max volume and motivating instruction.
