Kids Club hours are set per location — Lahaina’s, for example, runs 8am–noon Monday through Saturday and 4–8pm Monday through Friday, at $5 per child (18 and under) per two-hour block; Kīhei’s specific hours and pricing aren’t posted separately, so check with the front desk.
Combat sports run as a separate add-on: for gym members, a single discipline is $100 a month and the unlimited Combat Pass is $150 a month, covering all three disciplines six nights a week, with showers, lockers and saunas included.

What happens in your first month?
New members can get four one-on-one personal training sessions across four weeks through the Jump Start Program — not a sales tour, but structured guidance on the equipment, your form, and a starting routine, plus gym homework and ongoing support between sessions. It’s the part beginners actually worry about, handled up front.
Jump Start takes a refundable $100 deposit and is open to members who joined within the last 120 days on a six-month term or longer; three-month members can request a waiver.
